NEW SHIPPING POLICY - Effective June 1, 2018
Due To Increased Fraudulent Activity we are no longer able to immediately fulfill orders that have different billing and shipping addresses within. We understand that this may be inconvenient and we apologize. In these cases your order will be held for 10 full business days and once investigation is complete we will ship. If a refund is requested then we will issue it after 10-14 business days. (Exceptions include orders made by existing customers who have made successful purchases before June 1, 2018.)
In Stock Items Ship Same Day if order is placed by 2 pm Eastern Time or the following business day.
Out of Stock Items - Ships in 5-7 Business Days. Note: All Special Order Products are nonstock inventory so these items will ship in 5-7 Days from order placement. (Please Call Before Purchasing to see if your item is in stock. We do not issue refunds if item is not in stock and you change your mind.)
Overnight Shipping Available through USPS for $25 on In Stock Items. If Item is out of stock and overnight shipping is purchased, the item will be overnighted once item is in stock.

NO RETURNS! EXCHANGE ONLY! You have 30 Calendar days to Exchange or Receive a store credit. Special Order hair products are FINAL SALE / NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging, unaltered or tampered with. We DO NOT accept items that are not in original factory condition. Items altered in any way, used, applied to wearer, washed, exposed to smells, such as cigarette smoke or perfume will NOT be accepted and will be clients responsibility to be reshipped. No returns/exchanges or replacements will be accepted without prior approval from Luxury Tress. An RA# (return authorization) must be obtained from Luxury Tress and is valid 14 days from issued date. Returned merchandise should be shipped in the original carton, clearly marked with the issued RA# and must be in resale condition. RMA number will be the original order number, plus prefix "RMA-". Please also leave a copy of your invoice and a note of your reason for return or exchange along with the return or exchange package. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a higher re-stocking fee and will be clients responsibility to pay to be reshipped. Damaged items must be reported to the carrier and Luxury Tress immediately. Breakage is the carrier's responsibility. Inspect your shipment upon receipt. Luxury Tress must file claims with carrier within 5 days and original packaging must be retained for carrier inspection. If for any reason the order is refused at delivery and returned restocking fee will be 50% and it is the responsibility of the client to pay for reshipping. Exchange must be in equal or higher value. Please allow up to two weeks for the return or exchange order to be processed. If we are unable to fulfill our obligations to ship your order we will refund the full amount charged to the original credit card. In all Situations Luxury Tress reserves the right to approve or refuse exchanges, refunds, or store credits.
WHOLESALE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Initial Wholesale Orders and any order over $500 thereafter are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular orders under $500 can be exchanged or issued store credit. You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition.
