ALL NON-STOCK ITEMS MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 1-2 WEEKS TO SHIP OPPOSED TO TIMES LISTED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. IT IS SUGGESTED TO CALL 1-888-LUX-TRES TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK OR ORDER 3-4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE BEFORE BOOKING HAIR APPOINTMENTS AND ETC.
In Stock Items Ship Same Day if order is placed by 2 pm Eastern Time or the following business day.
Out of Stock or Non Stock Items ship in 1-10 Business Days depending on the item.

Overnight Shipping Available on In Stock items through USPS for $25. If the Item is out of stock and overnight shipping is purchased, the item will be overnighted once item is in stock.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUNDS POLICY
You have 30 Calendar days to Exchange or Receive a store credit.
Cash or Credit Card Refunds Must Be Approved. Unfortunately we can not issue refunds if your package doesn't arrive in time for a hair appointment so please call before purchasing to confirm product availability.
PLEASE EXPECT PACKAGE DELAYS IN MOST CASES DUE TO COVID 19.
If we are unable to fulfill our obligations to ship your order we will refund the full amount charged to the original credit card. In all Situations Luxury Tress reserves the right to approve or refuse exchanges, refunds, or store credits.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior approval from Luxury Tress. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us and obtaining an RA# (return authorization) from Luxury Tress. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee and will be clients responsibility to pay to be reshipped.
The return authorization is valid 14 days from issued date.
HOW TO OBTAIN AN RA:
Log into your account at www.luxurytresshair.com and click on "ORDERS" from the menu.
Select the order that contains the item you wish to return.
Click on "Return Items" to the right of the order.
Change the quantity of all items that you wish to return. Leave the quantity at 0 for items that you wish to keep.
Select the return reason & return action from the drop down menu.
Please leave a detailed comment on the reason for your request. This information will be used to determine approval.
Click submit return request.
You will now be able to go to the "RETURNS" category on the menu and track your pending request. You will receive an email with the response within 1-3 days. You may also call to verify. 1-888-lux-tres
Returned merchandise should be shipped in the original carton, clearly marked with the issued RA# and must be in resale condition. RMA number will be the original order number, plus prefix "RMA". Merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging, unaltered or tampered with. We DO NOT accept items that are not in original factory condition. Items altered in any way, used, applied to wearer, washed, exposed to smells, such as cigarette smoke or perfume will NOT be accepted and will be clients responsibility to be reshipped.
Damaged items must be reported to the carrier and Luxury Tress immediately. Breakage is the carrier's responsibility. Inspect your shipment upon receipt. Luxury Tress must file claims with carrier within 5 days and original packaging must be retained for carrier inspection.
If for any reason your order is refused at delivery and returned it is the responsibility of the client to pay for reshipping.

WHOLESALE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Initial Wholesale Orders and any order over $300 thereafter are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular orders under $300 can be exchanged or issued store credit. You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition.
No Returns or Exchanges on wholesale Packages.
